Hello. I wish to compliment you for taking the time to read my profile, and having the courage to consider therapy. I also know that making the necessary changes to resolve issues in your life can be quite scary. Since you have taken this first step, it is my job to support you in this process. If you are new to therapy, I encourage you to ask questions when you do not understand why I am asking or doing something. Your understanding the process of therapy is important to address any discomfort you have before proceeding.
I have experience with persons seeking help for the following issues; excessive worry, depression, relationship problems, divorce, grief/loss, abandonment, and substance abuse. In addition, I work with persons troubled by mood swings, anger, and unresolved trauma. I also assist couples seeking pre-marital counseling.
